Call Suppression Multiple Records Download/Upload Page

After you create a call suppression script, you can begin adding records to the call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. list. When you do so, you must specify the value that the record or records contain in the calling list for the column that you specified in the script. You must also select a start and end time for the dialer to suppress calls or messages to that record or records.

- Download Template

- Download Existing Records
- Downloads a spreadsheet file that contains all call suppression records currently in your business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx. This enables you to easily modify settings for existing call suppression records.
- Upload File
- Uploads the file you selected and processes the rows to convert them to call suppression records.
- Cancel
- Cancels the request to upload call suppression records.
Fields
- Select File
- Enables you to locate a file on your hard drive containing call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. records you want to upload.
- File Type
- The type of file you selected in Select File. It must be either Text (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx).
- Rows to Include
- Whether you want to process Changed Rows Only or All Rows. If you choose Changed Rows Only, you need to have created a Rows Changed column in the spreadsheet and marked Y for all rows in that column you modified.
Template Rows
The following fields are included in the templates available when you click Download Template or Download Existing Records. Only files that use the template structure can be used to upload call suppression records successfully.
- Call Suppression ID
- The unique, numeric, system-assigned ID associated with the record. If you are creating a new record, skip this column. If you are modifying an existing call suppression record, leave the value as it is. If no value is present, look at the Call Suppression table to determine the ID of the record you are modifying.
- Value
- The value of the calling list column that sets up call suppression.
- Start Date/Time
- The date and time you want dialer to suppress calls or messages to the record from the selected skills.
- End Date/Time
- The date and time you want the dialer to suppress calls or messages to the record from the selected skills.
- Skill ID
- The numeric ID of the skill you want to suppress calls or messages to the record. To add multiple skills, delimit each skill ID with a semi-colon; for example, 23843;23930;94755.
