After you create a call suppression script, you can begin adding records to the call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. list. When you do so, you must specify the value that the record or records contain in the calling list for the column that you specified in the script. You must also select a start and end time for the dialer to suppress calls to that record or records.

Value
For the record you want to suppress, the value of the column in the calling list you referenced when you created the call suppression script.
Start Date/Time
The date and time at which you want the dialer to begin suppressing calls or messages to the contact.
End Date/Time
The date and time at which you want the dialer to stop suppressing calls or messages to the contact.
