After you create a call suppression script, you can begin adding records to the call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. list. When you do so, you must specify the outbound skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge that you want to suppress calls or messages to the chosen records.
Assigned Skills
The Assigned Skills table displays the skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge you have already selected to suppress calls or messages to the chosen records. If you remove all skills from this table, all skills in the business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx suppress calls or messages to the chosen records.
Add Skills
The Add Skills table is a list of all outbound skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge in the business unit that you have not already selected to suppress calls or messages to the chosen records. If you do not select any skills to add to the Assigned Skills table, all skills in the business unit suppress calls or messages to the chosen records.
