Required security profile permissions: Do Not Call List Edit
When you manually upload a do not call (DNC) list, you must map the phone number column and optionally the expiration date column, if you have one.
- File Path
- The name of the file you selected.
- File Type
- The type of file you selected. It can be .csvComma-Separated Values file; used to store tabular data such as a spreadsheet or database., .xls, .xlsx, or .zip. For more information about DNC list formats, see Create a Do Not Call List Manually.
- Header
- Specifies whether the treat the first row in the DNC list as a heading table or a record. If you select the checkbox, the platform uses the first row to try to map your fields for you in the Field Mapping section. If you do not select the checkbox, the first row is a record and you must map all of the fields manually.
- Phone Number
- Maps to the column containing phone numbers that the dialer can no longer dial.
- Expire Date
- Maps to the column containing the dates on which the corresponding phone number is no longer part of the DNC list.
