Points of Contact Table

Page Controls
- Create New
- Allows you to create a new point of contact. Clicking Create New displays a sub-menu from which you can either create a Single Point of Contact or Manage Multiple Points of Contact.
- Search
- Allows you to narrow the list of displayed points of contact by filtering on one or more keywords.
- Show
- Allows you to narrow the list of displayed points of contact by selecting Active, Inactive, or All from a drop-down list.
Information Fields
- Media Type
- Displays an icon to indicate the medium, or channel, for the POC: chat, email, inbound phone, or work item.
- Point of Contact
- For chat and work item POCs, displays the system-generated value for that point of contact. For email POCs, displays the email address. For inbound phone POCs, displays the phone number (DNIS).
- Name
- Displays the user-defined name for the point of contact.
- Default Skill
- Displays the name of the skill to which the POC is assigned.
- Script
- Displays the name of the Studio script used with this point of contact.
- Status
- Indicates whether the point of contact is Active or Inactive.
