Create a Custom Report Schedule

  1. Click Reporting/AnalyticsCustom ReportingSchedules.

  2. Click Create New.

  3. Provide the Name, Report Template, Delete After __ Day(s), Schedule Type, and Starts On. Click Next or Done.

  4. Either specify the email addresses of those you wish to receive copies of the report using the Email Recipients and External Email Addresses fields, or specify the SFTP Account where you want to store the report.

  5. If you want the system to automatically try to run the report again if report generation results in an error, select Automatic Restart. If you want to have a notification sent to any users or external email addresses if the report generation fails, select recipients from the Email Recipients list or specify External Email Addresses, delimited by a semicolon. If you want the people who receive the generated report to also receive notifications if the report generates errors, click Copy Email Distribution List.

  6. To return to the previous section of the schedule wizard, click Back. To discard your new schedule, click Cancel. To save the schedule, click Save.

  7. Activate the schedule.

Edit a Custom Report Schedule

  1. Click Reporting/AnalyticsCustom ReportingSchedules.

  2. Locate the schedule you want to modify. Click to open the schedule.

  3. If the schedule is active, click Deactivate. When the schedule is inactive, click Edit.
  4. Provide the Name, Report Template, Delete After __ Day(s), Schedule Type, and Starts On. Click Next or Done.

  5. Click Distribution, then Edit. Either specify the email addresses of those you wish to receive copies of the report using the Email Recipients and External Email Addresses fields, or specify the SFTP Account where you want to store the report.

  6. Click On Errors, then Edit. If you want the system to automatically try to run the report again if report generation results in an error, select Automatic Restart. If you want to have a notification sent to any users or external email addresses if the report generation fails, select recipients from the Email Recipients list or specify External Email Addresses, delimited by a semicolon. If you want the people who receive the generated report to also receive notifications if the report generates errors, click Copy Email Distribution List.

  7. To discard your new schedule, click Discard Changes. To save the schedule, click Done.

  8. Activate the schedule.
