Required security profile permissions: Skills Edit
When you create a new skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge, you have the ability to choose which do not call (DNC) group, by default, the skill contributes to when it generates entries for the DNC list.
Default Contributing DNC Group
- Use Business Unit Setting
- When you select this option, this skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge DNC entries become part of the default DNC group configured in your business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx.
- Select Do Not Call Group
- When you select this option, you must select a DNC group from the drop-down that will adopt the DNC entries generated by this skill.
- Assigned Scrubbed DNC Groups
- Available for PC skills only. It is a table of the DNC groups to which this skill belongs. The DNC lists of these groups apply to this skill.
- Add Scrubbed DNC Groups
- Available for PC skills only. It is a table of all do not call groups to which you can add this skill. The do not call lists of these groups, applying the group DNC list to this skill. To add this skill to a group, see Add Skills to a Do Not Call Group.
