Required security profile permissions: Points of Contact View
Station profiles control the length of time that NICE inContact stays connected to the contact center agent's station between active contacts.

- Create New
- Allows you to create a new station profile.
- Search
- Allows you to narrow the list of displayed station profiles by filtering on one or more keywords or values.
Information Fields
- Name
- Displays the user-defined name for the station profile.
- Station Timeout
- Displays the length of time, in seconds, for which a station with this profile will remain connected to the system when no activity is taking place.
