Required security profile permissions: Tags View
When you select a tag from the Tags table, it opens to the Details tab, which displays information about the tag. With the correct permissions, you can modify the tag from this view.
Tag Information
- Tag ID
- The unique numeric system-generated ID associated with the tag. You cannot modify the ID.
- Tag Name
- The user-assigned, descriptive name of the tag. This is the name that appears when agents begin a conversation and tags appear on the interface.
- Status
- Whether the tag is currently Active or Inactive. You can change the Status by activating or deactivating the tag.
