Required security profile permissions: Tags Edit
The Skills tab of a tag displays the skills where the tag is currently applied and, with the correct permissions, allows you to remove skills from that list or add more skills to it.
The following list defines the columns in both the Assigned Skills and Add Skills tables:
- ID
- The unique numeric ID assigned to the skill.
- Name
- The name of the skill.
- Media Type

The channel of the skill. It is one of:

— Voicemail skill

Assigned Skills
From the Assigned Skills table, you can select skills to remove from the tag with the Remove Tags button. You can quickly remove all skills from the tag with the Remove All button.
Add Skills
From the Add Skills table, you can select skills to add to the tag with the Add Tags button. You can quickly add all skills to the tag with the Add All button.
