Call Overview

Use the phone feature in Thin Agent or Power Agent to place outbound calls, receive inbound calls, and to manage active calls. The Conversation modal allows you perform many different actions on an active call. You can put the call on hold, which enables you dial another call for transferring or conferencing the first call. You can also mute a call to block sounds from your end of the call, record a call for future use, mask a call to hide private information from a recording.
