Required security profile permissions: Do Not Call List View
The Details tab for a do not call (DNC) group displays information about that group. From this page, you can deactivate or activate the group or download the DNC list.
DNC Group Information
- Status
- The current status of the DNC group. It can be either Active or Inactive.
- Description
- The description of the DNC group as specified when someone created the group.
- Created Date
- The date and time that someone created the DNC group.
- Created by
- The name of the user who created the DNC group.
- Date Last Uploaded
- The date and time that someone last uploaded a DNC list to the group.
- Active Inventory Records
- The number of records in the DNC group that have not yet expired.
