NICE inContact Cloud Storage Services Overview
NICE inContact Cloud Storage Services allow you to set up and manage both active and long-term cloud storage for call recordings, screen recordings, and so forth. Active file storage provides immediate access to files, while long-term storage requires a retrieval process which makes files available to you in 3-5 hours.
Secure External Access (SEA) allows you to securely retrieve files from active storage so you can save them to your own server. The files are automatically deleted from the SEA bucket after 30 days but you can manually delete them sooner. You must use a third-party tool like CrossFTP (or any other FTP client), an S3 browser, or a custom script to browse, download, or delete files from your SEA bucket.
Once your system is configured to use NICE inContact Cloud Storage Services, you can manage your active and long-term file storage settings and rules in Central.
