Settings Overview
You can customize the features and some individual preferences that are available in CXone Softphone. Settings you can adjust include your device view, whether CXone Softphone opens automatically when Windows starts, the language displayed in the interface, your auto answer settings, which actions generate a visual or auditory alert, and what shortcut keys you can use to perform certain actions. You can view, but not change, your account settings.
