inView dashboards are groupings of modules that provide different types of information about your contact center. You can create different dashboards to display different types of metrics, the same metrics for different groups, metrics for different products, and so forth. Based on your role and permissions, you can also create and share dashboards with others. You may also be able to create wallboards, a special type of dashboard meant to be displayed on a large screen in your contact center.
