Call Suppression Table

You can set up a call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. script to temporarily suppress calls to certain contacts for reasons other than a do-not-call request. The script searches the record for certain criteria before determining whether to dial or suppress the call or message. You can then suppress calls based on how they match the criteria you set up in the script.
In the Call Suppression table, you can create new call suppression records and modify and delete existing ones.
Columns
- ID
- The unique identifier assigned to the call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. record on its creation. You need to use this ID if you decide to modify the record in the future. See Create/Edit Multiple Suppressed Call Records for more information.
- Value
- The value a record must have in the calling list column specified in the call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. script for the dialer to suppress the call or message.
- Start Date
- The date and time the dialer begin to suppress calls to records that match the value criteria.
- End Date
- The date and time the dialer ceases to suppress calls to records that match the value criteria.
Buttons
- Create New
- Creates a new call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. record. You can choose to create a new Single Record or to Manage Multiple Records.
- Delete
- Deletes the selected call suppression records.
