- General Settings
- Modifies general outbound skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge settings, such as which records to load, how often to retry the same number, pacing settings, and notification settings. - Cadence Settings
- Modifies the order and number of attempts PC makes on each phone number of each record. For more information, see Skill Parameters: Cadence Settings Page.
- Delivery Preferences
- Configures delivery preferences for calls that require an agent to accept before connecting. It includes separate settings for preview required calls and compliance required calls. Fore more information, see Skill Parameters: Delivery Preferences Page.
- Calling Lists
- Calling lists that apply to the skill. See Calling Lists Overview for more information.
- CPA Management
- Modifies the settings around call progress analysis (CPA), a process the system uses to determine whether the dialer reached a live caller or an answering machine or fax tone. For more information, see Skill Parameters: CPA Management Page.
- Retry Settings
- Specifies which records to load into the calling queue. It modifies the retry settings, including how many times to retry records, how often, and other variables. For more information, see Skill Parameters: Retry Settings Page.
- Filter
- Creates and modifies filters for the calling list so that the calling queue is based on criteria you set. For more information, see Skill Parameters: Filter Page.
- List Management
- Modifies the two custom fields you can set for the Agent interface for sorting purposes and specifies the order of calling list generation. For more information, see Skill Parameters: List Management Page.
- Schedule
- Modifies the schedule on which this skill automatically runs. For more information, see Skill Parameters: Schedule Page.
- Time Zone Building
- Modifies the time zone boundaries that control calling hours. For more information, see Skill Parameters: Time Zone Bounding Page.
- XS Settings
- Modifies the default contact expiration for records and the Proactive XS settings that integrate Personal Connection with your external software for managing calling lists. For more information, see Skill Parameters: XS Settings Page.
- Information
- Displays information about the skill.
